How Sookshma fits into the hierarchy
The complete path shown by Kya Kare is Mahadasha → Antardasha → Pratyantardasha → Sookshma → Prana. Sookshma is therefore the fourth timing layer.
It should be read together with all three parent periods rather than as a standalone planetary label.
How Kya Kare determines Sookshma dates
When the configured provider response stops at Pratyantardasha, Kya Kare uses the exact returned Pratyantardasha start and end timestamps as the parent interval.
That interval is subdivided using the standard Vimshottari planetary-year proportions. The interface marks these rows as calculated depth so they are not confused with provider-returned timestamps.
When deeper timing is useful
A finer period can help organize an already-established timing analysis, but greater granularity does not automatically mean greater certainty.
Birth-time accuracy and the quality of the parent chart remain important, especially when working with short intervals.
