What Kya Kare does
Users enter their birth date, birth time and birthplace. The application resolves location and timezone information, requests Vedic astrology calculations from the configured astrology provider and stores the resulting chart as structured data.
That chart can include the ascendant, Moon sign, Nakshatra, planetary positions, houses, supported divisional charts, Yogas and Vimshottari Dasha information.
How Kya Kare separates calculation from AI
Jyotish AI is not asked to invent a birth chart. It receives relevant parts of a saved chart as context and helps explain the information in simpler language.
This distinction matters because a calculated planetary position and an AI-written interpretation are different kinds of information. The product is designed to keep that difference visible.
Transparent Dasha depth
The configured provider currently supplies the stored Dasha hierarchy through Pratyantardasha. When Kya Kare continues the timeline into Sookshma and Prana, those dates are calculated deterministically from the exact parent-period boundaries using Vimshottari proportions.
Calculated deeper rows are labelled in the interface rather than being presented as provider-returned data.
Why we publish educational guides
Personalized application pages are private and excluded from search indexing. The Vedic Astrology learning center provides public explanations of the same concepts so people can understand Kundli and Dasha terminology before using personal chart features.
Responsible use
