These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of kyakare.in and the Kya Kare application. By creating an account, accessing the service or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What Kya Kare provides
Kya Kare provides Vedic astrology features including provider-calculated Kundli data, planetary positions, houses, Dasha timelines, Yogas, supported divisional charts, personalized readings and AI-assisted Jyotish explanations. Available features may change as the product develops.
2. Astrology calculations and AI explanations
Astrology calculations are obtained from the configured astrology provider using the birth information you supply. Jyotish AI uses structured chart and Dasha context to explain or interpret that data. The AI is not intended to independently calculate or invent planetary positions, houses or Dasha periods.
Astrology and AI outputs are interpretive. They may contain errors, omissions or differing interpretations, and they do not guarantee that any predicted or discussed event will occur.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your login credentials and activity under your account. You must not impersonate another person, access another user's account without permission or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
4. Birth information
The quality of astrology calculations depends on the birth date, time and place supplied. You are responsible for checking those details before relying on a chart. Changing critical birth details may invalidate previously generated charts, readings or AI context and may require recalculation.
5. Informational use only
Kya Kare is intended for personal, informational and entertainment use. It is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, tax, emergency or other regulated professional advice. Important decisions should be made using appropriate professional guidance and your own judgment.
6. Payments and premium access
Some features may require payment. The current price, currency and enabled payment provider are shown in the product or checkout flow before payment. Payment processing is performed by the configured payment provider. Kya Kare may store transaction references and payment status to grant or restore access.
If a payment is completed but access is not granted correctly, use the support channel made available by Kya Kare and provide the transaction or order reference. Any refund or cancellation rights that apply to a purchase are subject to the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to bypass authentication, paywalls, quotas or security controls;
- probe, disrupt, overload or interfere with the application or its providers;
- use automated systems to scrape or copy substantial parts of the service without permission;
- submit unlawful, abusive or malicious content;
- reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law expressly permits it; or
- use Kya Kare to violate the rights of another person.
8. Third-party services
Kya Kare depends on third-party services for authentication, geocoding, astrology calculations, AI models, hosting, databases and payments. Those services can experience outages, delays, policy changes or errors outside Kya Kare's direct control. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply to their services.
9. Intellectual property
Kya Kare's software, branding, interface, original copy and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying intellectual property.
10. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, providers or parts of the service when necessary for maintenance, security, product development, legal compliance or provider changes. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
11. Suspension or termination
Access may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, enforce these Terms, respond to legal requirements or protect the service and its providers. Where appropriate, we may allow an opportunity to resolve the issue.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not make a guarantee about the accuracy of astrology interpretations, AI output, uninterrupted availability or a particular life, financial, relationship, health or career outcome.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kya Kare will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on astrology or AI output, third-party service failures or unauthorized account use. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Governing rules
These Terms are intended to operate under applicable laws in India together with any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply to you. Where a mandatory legal right conflicts with these Terms, that mandatory right controls.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.
