Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 July 2026
This policy explains what information Ab Kya Kare? processes when you use the bike-theft guidance and case workflow.
Information we process
When you create a case, you may provide your name, mobile number, vehicle registration and model, chassis and engine numbers, last-seen location, incident date and time, insurance company, FIR status, and loan status.
Our hosting and security providers may also process ordinary technical request information such as IP address, device type, timestamps, and error logs.
Why we use it
We use the information to create and display your case workflow, draft documents, reminders, and support responses; operate and secure the service; prevent abuse; and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and case access
Case information is stored on our production infrastructure. A case access token is stored in your browser so the case can be reopened on that device. Clearing browser storage can remove that access. Do not use a shared device for sensitive case information.
Sharing and retention
Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that help host, store, secure, and maintain the service, or disclosed when required by law. It is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations, after which it should be deleted or anonymised.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction, erasure, or information about processing, and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Some information may be retained where legally required. Contact us using the email below.
Cookies and local storage
The current application does not use advertising cookies. It uses browser local storage for the private case access token. Hosting or security services may use essential technical mechanisms needed to deliver and protect the site.
Children and changes
The service is not designed for children to submit personal information without a parent or lawful guardian. We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change and will update the date shown above.
