Not an official service

Ab Kya Kare? is not a police, government, RTO, insurance, legal, or emergency service. It does not file an FIR, submit an insurance claim, or make an official decision on your behalf.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for entering accurate information, reviewing every draft, protecting your case access, and confirming current contacts, forms, deadlines, and requirements with the relevant authority or professional before acting.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity; submit another person’s information without authority; interfere with security; or attempt unauthorised access to cases or systems.

Availability and intellectual property

The service may be changed, suspended, or unavailable. The site design, software, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws, excluding information you provide and third-party rights.

Liability and changes
